Welcome to the “Memory Wellness Hour,” a dedicated session designed to promote memory health and cognitive well-being among senior citizens in Norway. This one-hour session is specifically crafted to introduce seniors to practical techniques and strategies aimed at enhancing memory, concentration, and mental agility. Through engaging activities and discussions, participants will discover the significance of memory wellness and learn valuable tools to support cognitive health as they navigate the challenges of aging.

Objectives:

  1. Introduce Memory Wellness: Familiarize senior citizens with the concept of memory wellness and its importance for maintaining cognitive health and overall well-being.
  2. Memory Enhancement Techniques: Provide seniors with practical memory enhancement techniques and exercises tailored to improve recall, concentration, and mental agility.
