  2. Memory Improvement Techniques: Introduce participants to various memory improvement techniques, such as visualization, association, and repetition, to enhance memory encoding and retrieval.

  3. Practical Memory Exercises: Engage participants in practical memory exercises designed to strengthen memory skills, including attention, concentration, and information retention.

  4. Attention and Focus Strategies: Teach participants strategies to improve attention and focus, which are essential for effective memory encoding and retrieval.
